Mechanical Maintenance Conference (MMC)
It is our great pleasure to announce a new development in aviation history. ARINC Industry Activities (ARINC IA) is known for running the Avionics Maintenance Conference (AMC), Airlines Electronic Engineering Committee (AEEC), and Flight Simulation Engineering and Maintenance Conference (FSEMC). Each of these activities is a star. Each of those activities fulfills the needs of airframers, OEMs, operators, and MROs.
Once a year, experts from all over the world travel to these annual conferences to discuss and solve problems and exchange experiences. In addition to the annual conferences, each group promotes the betterment of our industry through educating each other. Many new developments in aviation are explained to hundreds of engineers who proudly represent their companies. There is no better place on the earth where all these activities take place in a cooperative, friendly, and inspiring environment. It is a tradition that has spanned almost 70 years.
Over time, the need for a concentrated effort for hydro-mechanical engineering came to the forefront. As a result, the inaugural Mechanical Maintenance Conference will be held November 6-8, 2017, in Cleveland, Ohio. Here is a historical moment. Here is a chance for hydro-mechanical engineers to join ARINC Industry Activities for the first time and take the first step.
Once more, we are going to experience the magnificent formula which has worked for the AMC | AEEC and FSEMC.
In this new world, ARINC IA will gain one more pylon in its strong foundation. The modern ARINC IA will have 3 great and strong pylons: AMC | AEEC, FSEMC, and MMC. Together we are strong. With MMC on board, we master aviation engineering.
