A: To download and view a purchased ARINC Standard, you'll need the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, free software that allows users the ability to view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. It can be downloaded directly from Adobe at

Q: May I make additional copies of the downloaded document?
A: No. The document may not be copied or distributed without purchasing multiple copies.

Q: How long do I have to download the document from the time of purchase?

Q: Why is the document size listed next to the document description?
A: The size of the file may help the customer understand the time required to download the ARINC Standard onto their PC. Many Standards are over 1MB in size.

Q: I think I'm entitled to a refund.
